Prior to opening Rossi Group HR, I worked for a large nation-wide PEO (Professional Employer Organization) for nearly ten years, I have seen the PEO industry evolve from small business to big business, often moving from all-inclusive services to al-a-carte add-in cost products with very limited transparency of service fees and decreasing boutique offerings. I managed a large book of business, often exceeding 95-client companies in multiple industries and operating in multiple states.  I provided onsite liability management training at all levels within companies. Over the years, I had the opportunity to identify what business owners truly want, which is onsite boutique human resources services that mimic the value an onsite human resource manager brings to any organization regardless of size.  This is the element that had been lost during the evolution of PEO's.  This is the element that my company brings back.
